DHA Multan has gifted us 4 canal Land to build Noor-e-Maskan. Noor-e-Maskan is not just a project — it’s a promise to families who ask:

To Enhance the Quality of Life for individuals with Neuro Developmental Disorders by offering Holistic Rehabilitation Services that Address Emotional, Social and Cognitive Needs in a safe & welcoming space. Composite complex with a Facility of Rehabilitation and Residential Facility, at a centrally located place with following Facilities:
- Therapeutic Centre: Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavioral Therapy
- Capability Refinement Centre: Art of Independent Living, Academics, arts and crafts, computer lab, fireless cooking class
- Recreational Facility: Sports, Music, Kitchen-Gardening
In Pakistan today, a deeply concerning reality is unfolding — 1 in every 42 children is diagnosed with some form of special needs. Yet, our society remains unprepared. After the loss of parents, these vulnerable individuals are often left without guardianship, support, or security.
There is a critical shortage of specialized residential facilities, and no research centers dedicated to addressing the growing needs of this marginalized population.
